Your comfort, security and confidence are our utmost concern. No registration and private information will be collected.  We never share your information.

2. Warranty

www.freeonall.com and Free On All LTD. do not provide any kind/form of warranty to our free gifts.  Our sponsors will be responsible for all their free gift warranty that offer via www.freeonall.com.  Please contact our sponsors for additional information.  

3. Return and Exchange Policy

Once the free gift transaction is completed, there is no cancellation.  The free gifts cannot be returned and exchanged.

4. Payment methods for shipping rate

www.freeonall.com accepts PayPal and Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit card payments via PayPal.  Please check out our Shipping section for detailed information on our shipping rates.

5. Proof of Transaction

www.freeonall.com ‘s Paypal account will send you an email confirmation of the free gifts you chose after your payment to shipping@freeonall.com via Paypal.

6. Defective gifts

Free On All is not responsible for all free gifts that are demaged  via shipping.  If you discover your free gift is defective from other reasons, please contact info@freeonall.com, for replacement. But, you are responsible to pay the replacement gift shipping rate.

7. Shipping address

We only ship our package to the confirmed address that you provide via PayPal.  We will contact you for any unconfirmed address you provide via PayPal before we send out your package.  Please note that we are not able to adjust the shipping address once a package has left www.freeonall.com’s warehouse. 

8. Undeliverable Packages

Failed delivery attempts: Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package.  After three attempts, the package will be returned to us. Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable.  When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, please contact us to make arrangements for reshipment.

Please note you will be responsible for additional shipping rate for the free gifts that are returned, refused and/or undeliverable. You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information in the free gifts transaction via PayPal.

9. Transaction Processing

The estimated shipment date on your free gifts is based on shipping rate payment processing time and warehouse processing time and does not include the transit time. Shipping rate payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment or a full authorization, in the case of credit card transaction.

Free gift transaction placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin the shipping rate payment processing the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding the bank holidays.

10. Colors
we have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
